How long will it take to ship our order out?
Most orders ship with 48-72 hours. If an order is placed on a weekend, it should ship out the following business day. As always, we try to get orders out as soon as we receive email notification of an order being placed. On occassion, an email may get blocked for some reason which may delay shipping a few days. We also manually check for orders on weekends so when we see the order, we'll do our best to get it out to you ASAP. Thank you.

Is the item listed new or used?
Most items are Brand New. If the item does not list it as being 'used', then it will be Brand New. If an item is used, its condition will be stated in the listing along with pictures so you can see exactly what you're buying. All items are shipped from our non-smoking home and will be well packed when shipped. Thank you!

Are you a large business?
By no means. In fact, I don't know if a 'business' would be a correct statement. We are simply family owned and enjoy a good deal just like the next person. When we run across good deals, we like to buy in bulk. Then we can pass our good deal on to others. We really aren't in it for the money but more for the fun of it (ok, ok, we make a couple bucks, but by no means try to make a living from it). PLUS it gives our family a chance to do things together and have a little fun. So take a look around our shop and see if there's something you like. Can we combine shipping?
All orders are shipped based on a Weight Matrix that was designed by the makers of our shopping site. Each item has a weight entered for it. If you order mutliple items, or multiple quantities, the weights will automatically be combined within this Weight Matrix that was set up. We did our best to use the current Ground Rates from Fedex.com. Sometimes shipping may seam a bit high for some of the smaller items but with the Fuel Charges and other rates that Fedex charges, it tends to add up. Note though, we will use the shipping amount that the Weight Matrix comes up and cannot adjust shipping. Have a good time looking around. I'm sure you'll be happy with your purchase, as many already have been. Thank you and God Bless!

Are other shipping methods available?
We like to ship everything via USPS or Fedex Ground. If it is absolutely necessary to ship quicker, we can check shipping charges for 2nd day air. If an order must ship this way, we will need to send you another Paypal invoice for the difference in shipping charges. Again, we are not experts by any means but we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do items have a warranty?
We do our best to post everything we know about the items when listed and try answer questions prior to purchasing. However, all items must be sold as-is and are non-refundable so please make sure to ask any questions PRIOR to placing your order, NOT after the order has been placed. Items may be from clearance or liquidation sales so we also cannot guarantee there will be a manufacturer warranty. We do our best to be up front with everyone and inspect the items prior to listing them. So browse around and see if there is something you like. Thank you!

Would if something is damaged during shipping?
We package things well and ship the best way possible to avoid damages. However, we will not be responsible for damaged or lost items once they have left our possession. All items are inspected prior to shipping and packed well. You MUST contact the shipping company and file a claim with them in the event an item is received damaged or lost.

Do you accept returns?
As stated previously, we are a family that like to purchase bulk, many of which may be liquidations or clearance items. Also, we do not manufacture the items we sell so our knowledge of the item may be as limited as yours. What you see is what you get. We do not accept returns - NO EXCEPTIONS! However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at dlgbitsnpieces@compusave.net within 3 days of receipt and we'll try help solve problems as best we can. No refunds or returns will be allowed though. Thank you for your understanding.

No, sorry. We only ship to addresses within the United States Mainland.
